Have no fear with this seller and don't believe the nay-sayers. These are the OEM with perfect pitch, highs, lows, same as the ones that come with the SIII phone from the factory. I ordered two but only opened one they came in about 3 days, All the buttons and everything works perfect.

It gets the job done, but the sound quality isn't great and people's voices sound blown out when I use it to talk on my iPhone 4S.
