Small convenient little calculator

This desk top calculator is very small. At first I was slightly disappointed with it's size, but having used it for a while I am really enjoying this convenient little calculator. The key pad has very nice spring action with a clear display screen. I very much like the idea that it is solar powered. It takes very limited space on my desk and serves my simple needs extremely well. Nice product for a nice price.

Functions fine; smaller than looks; better ones out there

This calculator is smaller than the normal 10-12 digit office calculator we have all come to know. This one is about 15% smaller in size, and this includes the LCD display - which is why it's only 8 digits.

The LCD is crammed full to get 8 digits on it, and the On & Clear (C/CE) buttons are oddly located on the left...I'm used to seeing them in the upper right on my normal office calculators. Just a personal design preference...others may care less.

One benefit to its size is that it's a mobile calculator if you need one - it will easily fit in a shirt or back pocket.

Nothing special, but there are better "nothing special" calculators out there for the same price.

smaller than stated description

Description indicates calculator is 8.5 x 5. It is actually about 3.5x 4.5- too small for my elderly mother.The same calculator is listed twice on Amazon- I bought the one with the wrong size desription
