Got it right!
By Avid Reader and Writer
Everything a Bluetooth headset is supposed to be. Works seamlessly with both Skype on the PC and my iPhone - simultaneously! The most comfortable headset I've ever owned (and that's been quite a few over the years). Plantronics has always been a leader in these products, and this is an example of why. I also own a Voyager Pro, thought I lost it, so bought this one. Thankfully, I found it so now have both. Here's where the Voyager Legend UC beats the Pro:
1: Volume - The Pro isn't quite loud enough for windy days running or on the bike. The Legend is loud enough.
2: UC - I Skype all the time, and the Legend makes that more convenient and more comfortable.
3: Controls - The Pro works great, but the controls on the Legend blow it away. On/off switch is positioned better, more tactile, and works quickly.
4: Range - I don't see a significant increase in range with the Legend, but it is somewhat better.
5: Charging - magnetic connector! Easy, quick, includes a charging/travel case.
Negatives:
1: Comfort - these are by far the two most comfortable headsets I've ever worn, but the Pro is slightly more comfy.
2: Noise cancellation - The only true area for improvement for the Legend. I don't understand the top/bottom mic design compared to the inner/outer design of the Pro. The Pro is much better at noise cancellation.
Overall, I'd highly suggest the Legend, but you can't go wrong with either model.

All in one kit with desk charger, travel charge cable, travel carge case and BT module with Lync compatibility.
By Alex Balcanquall
This headset included the full retail item set listed on the Plantronics web site. It included the headset, the excellent desktop mini dock which is well weighted so it doesn't move / fall over. The inclusion of the min charge cable and adapter is welcome as I take that with me on the road along with the charge case that has room for both the headset and the BT dongle.
I have paired it with my BT Avaya desk phone, my Windows Phone and my BT dongle on the PC - though while it can be paired with multiple devices it can only be connected to two devices at a time. I am not reducing any stars as it never claimed to be able to be connected to more than two, and it will connect automatically to device 3 if one of the first 2 devices disappears. So for example when connect to my deskphone and PC if I walk away with the headset and my cell phone in my pocket it will connect to my cell automatically.
Lastly call quality - people I talk to don't hear ANY background noise, I can start driving my car, get out at work, go up in the elevator, sit down at my desk and the person on the other end thinks I am still at home! Reception quality on the otherhand is good but nothing noteworthy.
Overall best BT headset I have ever owned (and I still haven't talked about the voice commands, how well it works with windows phone, etc_

Go for the full kit
By Scott Skibell
I bought the top of the line headset and it came with the desktop charger, portable charger/case, and Bluetooth Unified Connection for my Mac. Having the desktop charger is nice and it rests easily in the cradle. I've found the portable case/charger to invaluable though. These headsets can break if you just throw it into your pocket or bag. The case protects it AND charges it. Real sweet.
The headset is good - by far the best BT one I've used. There's still some static and it's not perfect like a wired unit. BUT, and it's a big but, you can wear this all day long and the sound is good for both parties.
I would buy this unit again in heartbeat.
